No POST, No Display. Not new build.

I have a new desktop that was built earlier this summer and has worked perfectly until now. I drove back to college today and when trying to set it up after the car ride, the LED's and fans turn on, but nothing will display on the monitor using HDMI or DVI. It was also tested on my roommate's monitor which is known to work and did not display anything on that either.

We tried running his Graphics Card in it, and it did not work. We tried running it without any RAM installed (I only have 1 4gb piece of RAM) and the motherboard beeped but did not power up.

I'm not sure what else to do or what could have caused this, since every connection seems to be in place and it was working fine not 12 hours ago.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, try to remove and put the ram back, if necessary clean the ram and socket. then give it a try if it will boot up,
if not, try to remove your gpu and connect your monitor to the vga of your mobo and try to boot it up.

Good Luck.

I tried doing this with the RAM with no luck, I also tried the RAM in a different socket without it working. I don't believe my MOBO has a VGA output so I was unable to try this. I have confirmed that my GPU and HD are working by trying them in my friends comp and the MOBO beeps when no RAM is inserted so I assume it is working properly?

I am pretty worried because I have no idea what is causing this!

So I have tried all of the suggestions in this thread and it is still not working.

Every part in the computer has been successfully tested in my roommates computer except for the motherboard and processor. Is there any way to test if these are defective? Anything else I can possibly try?
