Your motherboard will support either, and you should definitely grab the 650 (or the best card you can afford).

The GPU memory is independent of the system memory. If you have a PCI-e x16 slot, you can run any pci-e card. If you can afford it, get the 650, besides the memory being faster, the GPU is itself is stronger.

Are you sure, does my mother board support for, ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 AMP! Edition 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card. I am not good in hardware, please suggest me right graphics card.

Currently due to shortage of money, I need to change my plan.
So I have decided to buy ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 2GB DDR3 Graphics Card.
I have 400 w power supply unit.
It will very helpful, if you tell me, whether this psu will ok?
configuration of desktop computer is:
intel Dh77Eb mb
Core I3 Processor
400 w psu
1Tb seagate harddisc
8 gb ddr3 1333 Ram.
