I have ASDL2 modem wireless router which has RJ11 socket for incoming internet connection. My ISP provides cablenet and has a end pin of RJ45.
The problem is my router socket is RJ11 and thus RJ45 cannot go into it. I tried connecting the RJ45 pin into one of the LAN port of my router. I can surf the internet but cannot use my wireless services of modem. Also it gives IP conflict error.
Please help me if there is any solution already posted on this forum or with new solution.
