A Reasonably Priced Gaming Monitor

I want a new monitor to game with preferably 24"-27" and 2ms-5ms responce time. Is there any difference between 2ms and 5ms. I am in a quite low price range, £100-£150. I know its low but i dont have alot of money. Thanks in advance, Mike
I am considering buying either of these monitors: ASUS VS247H-P OR ASUS VE247H OR ASUS VN247H

I personally own the ASUS VS247H-P, so take my answer as you will. it does incredibly well, and I couldn't be happier. The colors are fantastic, the refresh is decent, and I remain at the professional level in CS:S (showing it is good with first person shooters). Text is crisp. For the price I'd say its hard to go wrong with it.

I have a dozen or so monitors and this is in the top few.
