Basically i want to overclock my 7950, i go to CCC, go to performance tab, it then prompts me with read user agreement then accept, i click accept then the performance tab completely disappears from CCC, so i restart CCC and the it's the same option of accepting user agreement.

Does anyone know why i can't access AMD overdrive?

Download/run MSI afterburner and use that instead. It will let you change the voltage and set up a custo fan profile too.

Yeah i already have it installed, i just wanted to start off with AMD overdrive as it's safer to use without having to increase voltages, but what i'm trying to figure out is why AMD overdrive isn't accessible for me after accepting the user agreement in CCC.

Voltage control is locked by default in afterburner. Neither option is "safe". They will both do the exact same thing.

Ok i just killed all CCC processes and then opened it with admin rights which then gave me the option to use overdrive. As i have afterburner installed and you say it's just as good or not better than using overdrive i shall try overclocking with it. Thanks.
