hi my pc were shutt down automatically and restart after some time as well its being with some problems plz tell me about this kinda troubles

Startm type "event" without quotes, pick "Event Viewer" from the results, expand "Windows Logs" branch, then "System". Look up the time the pc stopped/rebooted and follow the events until you see what caused it, then either google the full text of the message, or post it here.
