Asus P5N-D: bios update

Mine is old (like me!) and has a Phoenix Tech Bios Revision 0502 dated 02/04/2008. The Asus site shows various updated bios versions, but not Phoenix.
So the question is, can I use the versions on the Asus site?

I had a p5n-D sli (with a nvidia chipset) until I upgraded for the mighty Gryphon. I updated the bios to rev 1401 (01/07/2010) without a problem. I didn't even notice it wasn't the same Phoenix bios.
