I'm planning on building my first pc and have come up with a list of components, is this an alright (yet cheap) build and will it work?

AMD
Phenom II X4 965 Black

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

G.Skill 8GBXL Main Memory DDR3 8 GB PC1600 CL9 Ram Kit 2x 4 GB

MSI HD7850 OC AMD/ATI Graphics Card - 2GB

1TB Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 3.5" SATA III Hard Drive - HDD

620W Seasonic S12II-620 80PLUS Bronze Power Supply

(my budget is around £425)

(i chose a higher wattage psu to allow for future upgrading meaning i don't have to fork out as much money in the future)
