Best 1000w PSU

I need to get a 1000w PSU (don't ask why) but i am looking for a cheap one with blue LEDs, they don't have to have them but they are perferred with my build.

Yes, in the past Cooler Master power supplies weren't the best. But with their new V series, they are going top quality. Do a search on "Cooler Master V1000 review" and see what I mean.

I hear cooler master isnt that good for PSUs and i need a cheaper one like less than 100 or 90
