Your motherboard supports AM3 CPUs. The fastest CPU that you can upgrade to is the Phenom II X6 1090T. For some reason it only supports up to the Phenom II X4 955 on the quad cores. You have some pretty nice options but you almost have to go on ebay to buy one. If you just absolutely do not want to go on ebay and buy a used processor then tigerdirect has a Phenom II X4 945 for $69.97. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4615717&CatId=4431 Or maybe you can't buy that because they don't ship to your...

In which case it will be extremely difficult for you to find one of these processors.

It is an AM2+ Board (according to ASUS User guide.)
"AMD Socket AM2+ /AM2 for AMD Phenom FX / Phenom / Athlon / Semprom processors"

and there's also the ASUSTeK CPU Support ( http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/list.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=m2n68-am%20se2&p=1 )
