Connect the radiator fan directly to a motherboard fan header (instead of using the provided 620 splice), and see what you get for temps then. The fan may not be spinning up fast enough, to provide proper cooling when it is connected through the pump splice, during an overclock.

had you increased the voltage too? My FX-8320 can clock up to 4.5Ghz on stock voltages and hardly produce any heat, but in order to actually perform at that speed you gotta volt boost it, which increases the heat exponentially.

a quad core at 3.9Ghz hitting 61C?
not bad
my FX=8320 OC 4.5Ghz Volted up to 1.5v with NZXT Kraken C60 idles 48C and on max load peaks at 65C. You really should only worry if it goes on all the way up to 75C THAT is when you should panic. These chips will begin to break at 85C.

Nope i havent raised the voltage only the multiplier, normaly when i play games and i had it at 3,7 ghz it would max go to 53 degrees
