Would a B75 Chipset be sufficient for my job, or do I need H77?

Hello, everybody! I'm Tiger from India. :)

I'm planning to upgrade my C2D rig. I've selected the processor: i5 3570. I already have a graphics card: GTX 650ti. I aim to play racing games like Fuel, Pure, Dirt and Old themed FPS like Call of Juarez; at 1920x1080 pixels and moderate AA, AF. Also, my prime motive besides gaming is HD video editing with Corel VS Pro.

I don't overclock, nor plan to do overclocking on the 3570 (I respect hardware limitations. :D). But I want the board and processor to last me at least 4 years. (So I aim to purchase a board with solid state capacitors.)

2 DIMM slots are okay for me, but I want durability and unleash full speed from the processor and the 1600 MHz RAMs.

The B75 board costs 5200 INR (Asus) and the H77 costs 6400 INR (Gigabyte). Which option do you suggest me to go for? Is the extra 1200 INR justified for my case? Is Gigabyte a durable brand?

Thank you very much. :)
