Solution

Sli is simply running two(or more) of the exact same Nvidia graphics cards in parallel, to get greater performance than just a single card. Some games will take advantage of this more than others, it depends on the game The AMD version is called CrossfireX.

Thanks 'badboyrog', if you have any suggestions about this configuration please let me know I'm a newbie in computer stuff, decided in the last minute to build my own instead of buying

If we knew what you were trying to accomplish, then we might make suggestions, like for gaming, you don't need more than 8GB of ram, an I5 is just as good for gaming as games don't take advantage of the I7's hyperthreading. Unless you are planning to overclock, you don't need a K model CPU. Also unless you are planning on going SLI you don't need 750 watts for your PSU.

What you have here is way overkill for gaming, but you might need even more ram if you are heavy into vIdeo, music or photoshop.

I want to run some games as well I don't have a ps/xbox so I want to build a pc for gaming and other office things someone told me that I should get a gigabyte motherboard, are more reliable than asus. I really don't know what to do I've got a laptop hp-dv6 i5 so I think what I want is a system for gaming. Can you explain to me what is SLI?

ok so I did change the CPU to Intel Core i5-4670K - 3.4GHz, so now I can save some money for the GPU, any suggestions are welcome
badboyrog is true about gigabyte they are really reliable but again asus and especially deluxe is a new board, I like it cause has wi-fi and bluetooth it's around 230€ here in Ireland
