I have a copy of Windows 7 RTM I want to install. Once it is connected to the internet (router between Internet and computer) how safe is it? It takes a good while for all of Windows Update to install SP1 and patches .. just how safe is the computer at this point before the updates are all successfully installed? Are there precautions I can take?
