Some questions and some problems:

Recently bought and installed an ASUS M5A99FX with an AMD FX-8350 PCU... they're compatible right?

I'm using an older Radeon X1950 Pro for graphics and an older power supply

When I turn it on no display on the monitor, red cpu led light is on and i believe there is no power to the graphics card as the fan doesn't spin.

Could anyone provide me with a little help/feedback here?

Solution
If the red CPU light is on, it means post is getting stuck there and it just sits without progressing, it's usually either
-The CPU isn't supported (which it should be, so you possibly need a bios update)
-The CPU needs re-seated (more common)
-The CPU is bad (not common)

I couldn't say for sure about the graphics card, but getting past post should be first priority :)

Make sure you're in the recommended slots, re-seat, and try MemOK! if your board has it, should work :)
