I need some help in finding good and not too expensive hardware

First of all, I'm new to the hardware stuff, and new to the forums.

So my question is with the upcomming games (BF4, Watch Dogs, AC IV, ...) I'd like to upgrade my PC.
The problem is, I don't have alot of budget to spend (~ € 650).

I'd really like to upgrade my PC so that I could play these games and games that release later so that I'm safe for a bit of time.
I currently have:
AMD Phenom II X2 560 Processor 3.30 GHz
8 GB of RAM (Will be 16 GB in a few weeks)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti

Do not get 16gb RAM .It will offer ZERO performance gain over 8gb in gaming of any kind.

Get a phenom 2 x4 965BE.

Buy an xfx550 PSU and spend the rest on the best GPU you can afford.

Sorry, I have been quite inactive. my motherboard is a MS-7599
Case is Antec 200
I can't tell my PSU at the time, I'll will come back later to do so.
