Are there any good aftermarket air cooling solutions for a 7950? I already own the car and so I would have to buy the mod without any 7950.

Personally I don't know about any aftermarket coolers designed specifically for that graphics card nor can I find them. The one I sent you a link to appears to be the best option for your card and many people have used it successfully with an HD 7950. If you're worried about removing/replacing the heatsink/fan then maybe you should just leave the stock one on there.
