So i bought a new battery online as a backup for my laptop.

It was supposed to be an exact copy of my current one, as10d41 for a gateway laptop. It just arrived, but the specs say that it is 11.1v instead of 10.8? The voltage difference is very small, but I am wondering if it can still cause damage? Any info would help. I need to know immediately.
