The cursor on my Windows XP computer is acting erratic - blinking, zipping around the screen, opening things and can't be controlled with the mouse. When I try to start the computer in safe mode, the cursor is frozen. I can't access anything using keyboard or mouse. Any suggestions on how I can solve this problem? thx
