Hi all, this is not the first time this particular issue has happened to me, but this is the worst time I've had solving it. I have an ASUS Sabertooth Z77 motherboard with this particular piece of hardware on it, and every time I completely power down and unplug the machine (usually to move it, whether it be up to college or 3 feet across the room) the next time I power up the ethernet port returns Code 10. I cannot remember how I've fixed this in the past (I should start writing this down) but this time I have tried everything the internet has shown me (from the special NVM thing that has to run through .cmd to uninstalling, re-downloading, and re-installing drivers multiple times) and nothing works.
I am looking into getting a replacement for this board (something made to fit AMD tech this time) but at the moment, new hardware and repairs are off the table. So, what do you have for me?
