I have a datatraveler 120 (16GB) I often use on my Ubuntu and other PC. Days ago, I pluged it and Ubuntu ignore it completely. 2 minutes later Nautilus appear with the pendrive correctly detected. 2 minutes! That what it takes now to detect my pendrive. This pendrive is working well in Windows XP, and other pendrives are working well on Ubuntu.

Any ideas?

Solution

watch your kernel log while you plug it in for hint as to what is going on.
Code:
tail -f kern.log
