Hi everyone.

I have this problem with my keyboard when every now and then the keys will continue to act as if it's been held down. It's like the key is stuck down, but only electronically, not physically. For example, if I'm typing the word "Hardware", the w key might keep typing, even though I'm not holding it. It doesn't seem to happen with any particular key(s). It happens probably once every few days and so fix it I have to pull out the USB cable and plug it back in and then it's good to go. With that evidence, I would believe this is a software issue as opposed to hardware. Has anyone else had any problems with this or have any idea how to fix this?

have you plugged the keyboard in to another computer and tried? have you tried another keyboard with your computer?

if the issue follows the keyboard when you do this then its likely the keyboard hardware. if it happens again with a different keyboard then it could be hardware (a bad port so try swapping to a front usb port or other usb port) or software (did you try a system rstore?)

Fortunately I found the solution. The problem was with the Razer Synapse drivers/application. Uninstall all Razer software on your computer and then download and install the pre-synapse drivers. When it tells you to install Synapse, decline it. Hope this helps.
