Hello there, I got a HP h8-1120. I'm looking at my cpu and gpu's temperature and both is 50+ and im just browsing the internet. Doesn't seem normal because when i look at other threads or something else they say there idle is only at the 30s

You're running an OEM, so everything is going to be hotter than folks running custom builds. Those temperatures are both high for light usage, but you're not in danger on either count. Do you do anything intensive like gaming or rendering?

Many of those systems will push the temps up to provide a more quiet system as well.

nope, I play Minecraft, Planetside 2 and TF2. All on normal settings(not high or ultra)
so what you are trying to tell me is that its just like that... no wonder when i play heavy game it goes to 75+ and the computer itsnt even loud. Also my power setting is on performance

You should use balanced as it should not effect games and can lower idle temps(and power consumption) a good bit on some systems.
