I just bought my deathadder 2013 a couple of hours ago and it wont work, i start up synapse plug in my mouse and it doesnt do anything! when i check device manager if windows auto installs the software it comes up as a keyboard please help me i just spent 90$

No, just inconvenient to have it in the front. Are you putting it in USB2 or USB3 ports on the back of the mobo?

USB3 looks the same as USB2, but is coloured blue. Any motherboard made since P67/H61 were around would have USB3 ports on the back.
