Just helpe my friend build his new computer. The computer boots fine but does not turn off when the power button is held. Also there is no display when the graphics card is plugged in. However when the gpu is removed, the system boots up fine. The build worked before but after some cable management, the computer stopped working. Could the gpu be short circuited or is it the psu???
