Outlook 2003 sends mail but cannot receive mail

So you are using Outlook 2003 to retrieve and send emails from your Hotmail account? I'm guessing there is an error in the configuration settings of your Outlook account. Have you tried this link? I tried clicking on the Outlook 2003 setup guide, but that didn't work. Should be the same steps for Outlook 2007.
