CHanging Graphic card

i have gt 610 2 gb gpu,,,it lets me play assassins creed 3 on medium setting perfectly...i searched over the net and found that 9600 gt is better than 610 so should i change it to 9600,,,in my country graphic card are expensive,,,gtx 650 costs around 22000 local money...so give me suggestion...here are my pc specs.( i mostly plau on resolution of 1360x768)

9600 GT is a card from 2008 and it performs better than the GT 610 since the 9600 GT is a mid range card back in the days while the GT 610 is a low end card not design for gaming.
If your are on tight budget go with AMD Radeon HD 6670, HD 7730 or HD 7750.
If it is still expensive try saving some more money until you can afford one.
Don't go with anything lower than that or you will regret later on.

will 9600gt let me play latest game in normal setting,,,at least...i can play assassins creed 3 in normal setting at 1360x768 resolution...frm my gt 610 2 gb
