My CPU cooler just kicked the bucket on me and I'm looking for a new one, My older cooler was a Zalman CNPS14X Pure Aluminum High Performance 140mm Fan Ultra Quiet, The processor i have it on is a Intel Icore 7 3700k socket 1155, I have a rather small case or at lest feels small trying to jam in all the wires around a huge cooler is quite a pain, My case is a http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/109-guardian-921-rb-..., With a full size ATX mother board. Currently i have heat pockets around my mother board I'm looking to down size my cooler if possible i can not stand up right coolers like the CNPS14X. I have been looking into the water cooling but I'm not sure if it right for me mixing water with computer parts. Anyways I'm looking for suggestions and recommendations on a coolers and cooler types more information you can give me will help me better understand what I'm dealing with. I been having heat problems and cooling problems since i upgraded out of socket 775.

You could go with some self-contained water cooling, they fit almost anywhere, are easy to install, and their performance keeps getting better. This one beats every air cooler out there, with the possible exception of Noctua's latest offering, depending on how they're set up:

I've never heard of an AIO LCS leaking. I've had 3 different ones for a total running time of 5+ years and haven't had any issues with any of them.

You might consider something designed like the Hyper 212 Evo. The base is much more refined than the Zalman. The Zalman uses a plate over the pipes. The Hyper 212 Evo uses direct contact pipes which is much more efficient.

From personal experience with mastercool i rather eat led paint chips.

Are you sure you haven't had a few slip into your mouth already? Based on your spelling and grammar skills, the answer is yes. If you were able to read and comprehend what I said, you would realize there is a difference between "buy the Hyper 212 Evo" and " you might consider something designed like" the Hyper 212 Evo. Next time, if you want someone else's opinion on PC hardware, there is a little web site called Google. Unless your closed loop liquid cooler blows a gasket and sprays coolant all over your PC's guts. That I would like to read about.

Hmmm, didn't know my spelling or grammar effects how the cooler master worked no wounder why it took out one of my CPU's :D , I am strongly dead set against using any product from cooler master.
