I was playing a Grid 2 when started the first race there was some major pixilation on the screen for a sec and then a noticed in a movie that I saw watched on my PC before and now it had some pixilation and spots at the start. My graphics card is only a month old, is it faulty or am I just doing something else?

Might just be a bad graphics driver, I've had similar problems with cards I've owned in the past. Try upgrading to the latest version or rolling back the driver to a previous version. If the problem persists after that, consider an RMA.
