is my motherboard good enough for overclocking?

my specs :-

CPU- 3770K
GPU- EVGA ACX cooling Superclocked GTX 760
MOTHERBOARD - Asrock Z77 Pro 3/4 or should I spend that extra buck and go for Asrock Z77 Extreme 3? bear in mind that I need to overclock my cpu till somewhat 4.6 ghz and imreally tight on my budget as im in Dubai and prices differ from online prices.. will the PRO 3 or 4 help me reach 4.6 when OCed?
and ive got 2 120 mm fans and antec H2O 920 liquid cooling

thanks for the reply.. but beside the heatsinks.. would the pro3/4 be good enough to OC at 4.6 with the help of the liquid cooling?
