I have a seasonic 1050W PSU and I am wondering if it will support dual Gigabyte GTX 770 GDDR5-4GB BPU's .

I also have:
two 3.5 hard drives
1 SSD hard drive
11 140MM case fans
Corsair CPU Cooler H100i

You'll be fine. Gigabyte says you would need a 600W PSU for 1 of those cards and the rest of your system, so the other 400W on your PSU will easily handle the second card.

I recently had the exact same dilemma and found this thread about the subject quite helpful. At first glance I'd wager you are good to go with that psu, but take a look at this link just to make sure:

It also has a psu calculator linked on there
Hope this helps
