finding list of open windows

Suppose that there are 3 applications/windows are open, say, My Computer, utorrent, dev C++...
then i want a program or cmd command to give a list of this application/windows
e.g. - utorrent 3.3
dev-C++
Computer
NOTE:- kind of list shown in application tab of task manager but in text format....
