Hey guys thank you ahead of time for looking at my post.

Ok lets get started. So I've had a long standing problem with ccc. One day (Months ago) I tried updating it to the new version. Now I've done this a million times with ccc. I uninstall the ccc and reinstall the new update. Reason being because if I ever just went to the new update it wouldn't update. (It would just stay on the same version.) One that one particular time after I installed it ccc would not start or try to start. So I used ol' revo uninstaller on it which usually takes care of the problem. It didn't... Many parts of ccc where still there. At the time I had no idea how to fix this (as well didn't have the time) so I stuck with Radeon Pro. Mostly it did a good job except now low-end games where making my entire computer crash. (Hard reset) Later, I heard of a utility that could wipe out all files of ccc and I used it. (Driver Fusion) IT WORKED! Yay right? Well no. So I used my disk to reinstall my driver for my GPUs and then tried to update to the new 13.4.... Wouldn't install... Looked around for solutions... Used Driver fusion again... Disk again... 13.4 again... wouldn't install... NOW I'm getting CLI.Implementation errors even after a complete uninstall and clean reinstall of my GPU drivers. So I looked up a solution for that which was to uninstall the drivers and ALL .net frameworks. So I uninstalled my drivers then used a utility to uninstall all my .net frameworks. However, like an idiot. I installed my GPU drivers first when I was supposed to install .net frameworks first. So I still have the CLI.Implementation error. So I'm going to try again later in the correct order after I post this to see if that will rid of the error. However if it doest any suggestions? If it does any suggestions how I can update to 13.4 correctly. Again thanks for your time guys!
