My average cpu temp(just running Google chrome) is about 65-70c and im really unsure why. I've just cleaned out my computer by taking the Heat sink and fan out and using a vacuum. By using speed fan it sais the rpm is about 3729 but it can go upto 4000rpm. My cpu is an amd fx 4100
