Gaming Headset for PS3 and PC

Im looking for a headset for both PS3 and PC. I want something to play GTA V with on launch and something I can use with pc also. Ive had 2 pairs of Turtle Beach PX21s and they have both broken and don't want to waste my time again. I was thinking about Razer Krakens with an Astro Mixamp but it seems like a lot of time and effort and Im not sure if its really worth it.
Price range is under 200.

Probably the best headset for gaming I have ever had. However if you still have a working Astro mixamp these ones are orange but $150 and comes with just the headset but you can use your mixamp with them.
