Is the Deskstar IDE or SATA? If SATA, you should be able to just plug it in. If IDE, you'll probably need a PCI IDE adapter.

PC's can easily handle more than one drive.
  2. Just slide the hard drive into one of the hard drive slots and screw it in or clip it into place if you have a tool-less case. You will then need a sata cable which plugs into the hard drive and motherboard. Then use one of the sata power connecters from your power supply to plug into your hard drive as well.
  3. my computer still does not recongize the internal hard drives

my computer still does not detect either of my internal hard drives....do you have any advice
  5. I'm assuming that drive is SATA correct? And if so, can you tell us what speed of sata it is and what speed of your sata your motherboard accepts?
