Okay, so I have my second hard drive hooked up via usb. The computer detects it fine, but when I view it in file explorer, nothing shows up and file explorer stops working. When I go into Steam, my games installed on that hard drive dont show up, and when I try to add the library again, nothing shows up in the hard drive. How can I fix this, I have all my games installed on that hard drive
Edit: The task manager shows the hard drive is at 100% usage.
