I decited to to replace my old nvidia geforce gts 250 521mb with sapphire hd radeon 6670 1gb ddr5. But its not working properly. All the games i have tried have been performing worse than with gts 250 and that makes no sense because its not nearly that good video card. I think the problem might be my psu. Its only 300W and its also 5 years old. And Yes i have uninstalled all my old nvidia drivers with driver sweeper and i have installed new ati drivers for my hd 6670. I really would appreciate help!

fx -4100 quad core 3.6 ghz
4 gb ram
hd 6670 1 gb ddr5
300W psu

Edit: I also noticed that CPUID CPU-z does not detect my HD 6670.
