My Macbook was stolen. I can't locate it through ICloud and I do not have any anti-theft programs. Is there a way I can locate it? Yes, I have reported it stolen and the police have all the info from my box.

If it had Find My Mac setup you can request iCloud sends you an email when it gets connected to the internet, then just wait and hope, not really anything else you can do.
