Does my i7 960 bottlenecking my gtx680 sli?

I am getting really bad fps on every games, and gtx 680 solo does better than sli, my nvidia driver is uptodate, i tried everything, changing my sli bridge, cleaning gpu but it dosnt work :(. Is it because of my cpu?

2 gb x 6 ddr 3 1066
Corsair hx1000 w
2560 1440 27 inches monitor

you cpu will be bottlenecking your system, but it will not result in poorer performance during sli. 2 680 should still give better performance than 1.

There is likely an issue with your drivers or motherboard bios or your mobo may not even support sli well
