The most kick ass $400 gaming pc!

Solution
The first thing you absolutely need change the CPU.
It simply can't handle games like Far Cry 3 or Battlefield 3.

Then you should get either a HD 7750 with DDR5 memory or a HD 5770/6770.
The HD 5770/6770 will be a bit faster and a bit cheaper so that's what I reccomend.
When memory is concerned, size doesn't matter. Speed does.

I can't tell you how the build you configured will perform, but I can tell you how the build I'm going to suggest will perform, because the PC I'm using currently is very similar.

In Far Cry 3, you'll never get 60 FPS at 1080P, no matter how much you lower the settings.
You'll be stuck in the mid 40's.

Some of the settings don't get your performance down at all though.
You can use a mix of high and low settings and still get good performance.

One wierd thing I noticed though is that changing my CPU clock speed resulted in lower FPS. At 800 MHZ I got the same FPS I got with my CPU at 3.3 GHZ, though that FPS was still significantly lower than what I got at stock speeds.

I've only played a bit of Minecraft and it was a long time ago, but I remember it ran quite well.

World of Warcraft ran great at "fair" settings. (cata)

League of Legends runs like a charm all maxed out.

As for Battlefield 3, I only played the BETA. It ran well very smoothly on low settings.

World of Tanks runs like butter.

And I haven't played much more than that recently, apart of Bioshock Infinite, which I very much recommend.

I don't really need 60 frames since I am used to my old pc playing minecraft at 30 :(. If i weree craving frames i could possibly turn down stuf and resolution. I considered getting that cpu but I wanted to be able to upgrade as that would cost me more.
