Crossfire Messing with Game

I just got a game today called war thunder, but whenever i play it says xCrossfire is enabled in the cataylist control center and that it might cause graphic artifacts, and when i play the game it shows wierd visual glitched. Is there any way i can turn it off for war thunder and keep it on for other games, i have no idea what it is but it seemed to work fine with other games. Thanks -AvirusC
