Need WDDM-compatible driver for Windows 7 with ATI Radeon HD4650 AGP

I have a ATI Radeon HD4650 AGP 512MB DDR2 Graphics Card, and I want to install it on my Windows 7 system.
Motherboard:
Foxconn 865G7MF

When I download the Catalyst Drivers from the manufacturer's website, it seems to install fine, but absolutely nothing happens. When I run Windows Troubleshoot for Aero effects, It says that I need a WDDM-compatable driver for my video card. Thank you for your help!

You can try uninstalling the driver, run CCleaner, then reinstall and see if that helps. CCleaner is a free program that will make sure you are doing a clean install.

That's exactly what I downloaded, and it looks as if it installs fine, but nothing ever happens afterwards. No tray icon, Aero effects still don't work, can't even find anything in Program Files.
