EVGA GeForce 670 FTW 4GB

16 GB of Ram
60 hz Monitor
I know that I can run Black Ops 2 at 60fps without any drops. Is it possible for me to play at a higher fps with my system? What will I need to do to keep it at a constant fps? Thanks!
