Computer shuts off when starting windows

I need help with a computer that when starting windows then computer shuts off and then restart I've tried using the the windows 7 disc and that wont work. The only time it will work is when I start it in safe mode and other way won't work and I can't think of any other way to fix it

Once you have booted into Safe Mode go to Control Panel and click on System. Click on Advanced System Settings. Under the Advanced tab look for Startup and Recovery and click on the Settings button. If there is a check beside Automatically restart then remove the check by clicking on it. Click on OK and then click on OK again. Shut down the computer, wait a few seconds and then restart your computer. Let me know if that helps and if you get any error messages. When the computer shuts down and restarts it usually indicates there is some type of problem.
