I am looking for a gaming pc that can play games such as skyrim and borderlands 2. I don't have an operating system so would need that in the build.

Just one more question. Would I be able to downgrade the 7770 to a 7750 and see a drop in performance?

There's a big difference between those two cards. You lose about 25% of the performances. But if you're short on budget, you could do that.

Before you buy try to consider this.

This build has more power and more reliable brand, i would suggest waiting for the steam OS to be completed so you can save some money to.
