Is a GeForce GTX 660 overkill for this build?

Setup:
ASRock Z75 Pro3
i5-3350P
8GB

I'm looking for an Nvidia card for this system. Someone recommended this:

EVGA GeForce GTX 660 SUPERCLOCKED 2048MB GDDR5 DVI HDMI DP Graphics Card

But I'm not sure. Is this overkill? If so, what would be an appropriate card for the system specs?

Overkill largely depends on what you plan to use the system for.
If you plan to just do office work and surf the net, then you simply don't require it. If you're planning to play games with it, then it will do this very well. You won't be able to max games out but it will play them at reasonable settings.
