Which system is better

There are two systems im looking at and im wondering which is better

1st
-amd 7850
-fx8120
-16gbs of ram

2nd
-gtx 770
-i5 4670k
-8gbs of ram

if any experts could tell me which is the better overall computer itd be greatly appreciated

Well, obviously it depends on what you're doing with it. If you're doing video editing and things like that, the 8GB RAM build might have a bit of an hard time. But even if it's the case, I still feel like the first build did cost way too much... I looked at the prices right now, and we're looking at a $370 build, vs a $690 one... it's not even close. If it's for video editing or anything like that, just add some more RAM and it will crush the first build again.

see the second one is trying to prove that RAM has nothing to do with performance can you clarify this he is going to great lengths to prove us wrong. he says the graphics card is everything and that you need an i7 processor with a titan 780 just to edit
