More about cooling acc water cooler cpu fans
  1. While not NEEDED, a rear 120mm fan and a more quiet cooler(CM 212 is a good cheap cooler) may not hurt(I have not used that cooler, but most of the other AMD coolers seem to be rather loud.).

The standard FX 6300 cooler is built to price not quiet performance . The CM Hyper 212 is around $30 and will be better. Another alternative would be the Xigmatek GAIA 1283. $25

A couple of your choices are possibly overkill .
Motherboards with 970 series chip sets perform identically to the 990fx . The only limitation is that they can only run one graphics card . You could save $40 or so and that could make the cpu cooler free

    GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P $85

    ASUS M5A97 R2.0 $100

You really dont need that wattage psu . A good 500 watt unit would run your build

The case you have works pretty well but it doesnt have USB3 front ports . There are better more modern choices IMO
