4 gb 1600mhz kingston
gigabyte hd 6570 2gb ddr3
is it good for crysis 3 and latest games
i want to play at high settings

Not even close with that graphics card, unfortunately. You would need at least a 7850 to play Crysis 3 with reasonable fps on high settings.

You will not be able to get good fps on high settings with a 550 Ti. You could get playable fps on medium settings probably, but not high. I mean if you lowered AA you might get a setting or two on high, but you're not looking at 60fps or anything, probably more in the 20 to 40 range.
